Terms and Conditions

By paying in advance and giving Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. the authority to print, the undersigned customer agree to the following these terms and conditions. 

The undersigned takes full responsibility for the design and has gained the necessary permission for Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. to print.

The undersigned agrees and acknowledges that Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. can not guarantee exact shipping or delivery dates of materials printed under this agreement.

The undersigned customer also agrees to hold Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. harmless of any copyright and /or trade mark infringements and has gained the permission for any images supplied to Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc.  Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. does not recommend or guarantee specific materials or any substrate the undersigned choses or if it is appropriate for their specific needs or applications.    Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. does not perform installations and does not guarantee and / or recommend any installation of the printed materials covered under this agreement.

The undersigned assumes full responsibility for the installation of any printed materials supplied by Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. and agrees to hold Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. harmless for any installation of these graphics.   The customer should consult with a licensed professional for any and all installation services.  In the event Lang Media Graphics and Lang Media Inc. be brought into a lawsuit based on a item, covenant or conditions of this agreement, the undersigned agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys fees, court costs and related expenses, included but not limited to the defense of this agreement.
